A single place to meet, work, socialise and connect.
ESR engaged Boutique Concepts to complete a strategic analysis of the building, its tenants and the surrounding neighbourhood. The outcomes would then inform the concept that would form the heart of 73 Miller Street's bespoke offering to tenants and the community.
Not only should it be a valuable space for the building and ESR, but it should create opportunities for the building occupants on a social and performance level. Socially they should be able to connect and re-energise. Performance wise they should be able to work, present and meet. A collaboration with the artist Dina Broadhurst adds another layer of visual texture and spatial context to The Third Space.
