JX Capital with Cerno, contracted Boutique Concepts to develop a concept, brand and identity for their new venture, a flexible workspace. Opening the space in the recently refurbished commercial tower of Big Bear Shopping Centre was the final piece of their lifestyle precinct, which includes a revamped retail offering, end of trip facility, childcare and outdoor community spaces. Premium meeting spaces, a range of private and semi private work areas, a podcast room and extensive event spaces are the key elements to what is becoming the focal point of the local neighbourhood.

Boutique Concepts manage all aspects of the workspace as well engage with the onsite building management, leasing teams and local community to ensure the best outcomes for members and guests of the space.
